This is a great value from Dremel.  The individual pieces would cost nearly $40 if purchased separately. Using the included collet, blades can simply be removed by pulling on the collet, twisting and releasing.  There is no screw or wrench needed to change blades.  This is a great time saver over the old style collets.  Great for professionals, homeowners, and hobbyists.
